What majors themes/concerns are surfacing for you so far? What is this book about?

Take a look at your proposal and write down what questions or concerns you have about your writing and argument so far. We’re going to do a “musical chairs” workshop round, in which pairs will get 5 minutes to read through each other’s proposal and offer feedback. Focus on intellectual feedback (i.e. clarity and depth of argument; use of sources) rather than technical (i.e. spelling).
