information, which can be factual or misleading
not a visual medium? – can be multimodal

Material object has a cover; has a specific shape, typically a rectangle | needs pages
Linear? [there’s the expectation of linearity; which might be subverted] … perhaps with specific chapters
Purpose: ideas; creativity | structure – books concise (to a specific point) are not as free form as blogs; elements likes title, table of contents, chapters, page numbers?, etc.
A self-contained “object” | e-books: chapters, titles, covers are required; longer than at least
To not be a book: can’t have words; or ideas; or a purpose; can’t have a beginning/middle/end;
